Welcome to our Programs. 

To ensure a productive and focused learning experience for all participants, we require strict adherence to the following terms and conditions. By registering, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Commitment to Attendance:

• 100% attendance is required.  If you cannot commit to attending every session, please do not register.
• Pre-planned absences (e.g., work, travel, or personal events) are not allowed.
• Unexpected emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but proper communication is mandatory. Notify the coordinator via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible, ideally at least 4 hours before the session.
• Consistent participation is expected to maintain the integrity of the program.

2. Engagement and Participation

• Active participation is required in all activities, discussions, and assignments.
• Cameras must remain on during sessions unless prior approval is granted for valid reasons.
• Respect the program schedule and complete all assigned tasks on time.

3. Assignments and Projects

• All assignments and final projects must be submitted by the given deadlines.
• Participants must complete at least 75% of assignments; failure to do so may result in removal from the program.
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All submissions must reflect your original work.

4. Professional Conduct

• Maintain respect for instructors and fellow participants at all times.
• Disruptive behavior, including spam or irrelevant messages, will not be tolerated.
• Inappropriate language or comments may lead to immediate removal from the program.

5. Communication

• Use the official WhatsApp group strictly for Program-related discussions.
• Avoid irrelevant messages, personal chats, or promotions.
• For any concerns or queries, contact the coordinator directly via email or WhatsApp.

6. Punctuality

• Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time.
• Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will be marked absent.
• Repeated tardiness may result in removal from the program.

7. Internet and Technical Requirements

• Ensure a stable internet connection and a functional computer/laptop for coding practice.
• Test your setup before the bootcamp begins to avoid disruptions.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Notify us at least 1 day before the start date if you need to cancel your registration.
• Failure to inform us may affect your eligibility for future programs.

9. Consent and Agreement

• By joining the program, you agree to abide by all the rules and guidelines outlined above.
• Non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the program.

10. No-Show & Absconding Fee Policy

• Participants who register but fail to attend without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee.
• Participants who leave the program midway without valid reasons may be required to pay an absconding fee.

11. Program Discretion

• We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program without prior notice for violating guidelines or disrupting the learning experience.
